What we collect, and why

Quote request form — name, company, email, phone, team size, project description, uploaded logo files. To prepare your quote, open your file, produce and deliver your order, and invoice you.
Phone calls — your number, time, duration, the ad or page that led you to us, and the call recording. To call you back, build your file accurately, and know which ads generate calls.
Text messages — your mobile number and the content of our exchanges. To reply to you and follow up on your file (see our text messaging terms of use).
Site navigation — IP address, pages visited, device, referral source and ad campaign. To understand what visitors are looking for, improve the site, and measure our advertising.

We collect no sensitive information: no banking data through this site, no health information, no biometric data.

Our calls are recorded — here is why

Calls with B2M are recorded. This is not surveillance: it is to build your file correctly. When you describe colours, sizes, logo placement or a delivery date over the phone, the recording lets us go back to it rather than asking you again, and avoids production errors.

You are notified of this at the beginning of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us and we will take your information another way — by email, by text, or in person at the shop. You may also request a copy of a recording of a call you took part in.

The tools we use

We use service providers that process some of this information on our behalf. They are located outside Québec, mainly in the United States:

CallRail — displaying a phone number based on your referral source, call recording, and delivery of our text messages.
Google Analytics 4 — website traffic statistics.
Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymized navigation recording, to see where visitors get stuck. Form fields are masked: their content is never recorded.
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.

Before entrusting your information to them, we assessed the protection they offer and entered into a written agreement with each one governing its use, as required by Québec law.

Cookies

Our site sets cookies necessary for it to function, as well as audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). You may block or delete them at any time in your browser settings — the site continues to work normally.

Who we share your information with

Internally, only team members who need it for your file have access. Externally, we share your information only with the providers named above, and only for the service they provide to us. We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and your mobile number is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may have to disclose information to satisfy a legal or governmental requirement, or to assert our rights.

How long we keep it

Customer files and invoicing records: 7 years (tax obligations)
Quote requests with no follow-up: 24 months
Call recordings: 12 months
Navigation recordings (Clarity): 30 days

Beyond that, information is destroyed or anonymized.

How we protect it

Access limited to the staff concerned and password-protected, encrypted transmission on this site (HTTPS), locked premises, and providers chosen for their own security measures.

Your rights

Access — know what information we hold about you and obtain a copy, including a recording of a call you took part in.
Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
Withdrawal of consent — stop receiving our communications at any time: just tell us, by text, phone or email.
Portability — receive, in a common electronic format, the information you provided to us.
De-indexation — request that dissemination of information about you cease, in the cases provided by law.
Complaint — file a complaint with us; we will handle it and respond.
