Let us be clear up front: B2M has no text message mailing list and sends no advertising by text. No newsletter, no promotions, no automated sending. When you receive a text from us, a person at the shop wrote it, by hand, about your file.
Text messaging is simply a way to talk to you, just like the phone or email — because it is sometimes more convenient for you.
That is all. We do not buy, rent or trade any list of numbers, and we do not write to anyone who has not contacted us.
Nothing is scheduled. You receive a text only when there is something to say about your file — often in reply to yours.
Our messages are free, but standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier.
Just tell us, in your own words. Reply STOP, ARRÊT, or simply "stop texting me" — a real person reads it, not a system. We stop, and we will not ask you again.
You may also tell us by phone at 418-559-4080 or by email at info@broderie2m.com. It is free. We process any withdrawal as soon as we see it, and no later than the 10 business days provided by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number for marketing or promotional purposes, with third parties or affiliates. It is passed only to the providers that deliver the messages, and to no one else. Details are in our privacy policy.
Delivery of a text message depends on your wireless carrier's network. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered, or how quickly. For anything urgent, call us at 418-559-4080.
